Shipping policy

We only ship Monday through Wednesdays and in the order received, to ensure freshness of our perishable items such as sea moss. All other products that are NON-PERISHABLE will be shipped in the order received. OUR SEA MOSS is packed in non-toxic dry ice and insulation pouches. Shipping generally take 2-4 business days to arrive. Once received please refrigerate upon arrival. The shipping packaging helps to ensure freshness when arrive. It is however normal for the sea moss to be room temperature when received, since it has been transported for 2-4 business days. Please refrigerate upon arrival.
